Myscouting.org is the main source for on-line training and Tour Permit Applications.  When you go to the web site, you should create and account, then log in.  It is important that when you first create your account, you complete all the questions.  You will be asked which Council you belong to, and you select the Mt. Diablo, Silverado Council.  You should then enter your BSA Number, which is found on your membership card.  If you do not have this number, call the Advancement Chair and get it.  This is important as it links your training record with our local Council.  The Council ties your training record with what training is required for a Tour Permit.

MyScouting.org - Youth Protection, Safe Swim, Trek Safety, Weather Hazards, and much more training.  Also the Site to get a Tour Permit.
Youth Protection Training is required every 2 years.
A Tour Permit requires you have Youth Protection Training and Weather Hazard Training.  It your event involves boats or water, Safe Swim Defense and Boating Safety might also be required.  All available at MyScouting.org
